She has held executive director-level roles, leading international teams and designing global learning strategies. Today, she leverages this global expertise to coach CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives as they navigate growth, transformation, and leadership challenges.

In her early and mid-career, she held senior operational, leadership, and educational roles in companies in the wellness and hospitality sectors. She managed teams, operations, and strategic planning in training functions, and supported organizations in multiple countries.

In addition to her executive coaching, Fabienne is a Chair for Vistage, the world’s leading CEO peer-advisory organization. She facilitates groups of business leaders, creating a confidential environment where they can share insights, challenge their thinking, and foster both personal and professional growth. Her role is to guide leaders toward clarity, better decision-making, and stronger organizational impact.
